If you are planning to have guests over a meal or two before Christmas dinner, this recipe takes about 10 minutes of prep time, 4+ hours of marinade time, and 15 to 20 minutes of grilling time. The medley of flavors created by the honey, ginger, and garlic are bound to please your guests.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 pounds fresh or frozen chicken drumettes, thawed
