I love the taste of grilled and caramelized bell peppers and onions. Especially hot off the grill and served with a delicious grill meat. I am convinced that they go well with any grilled main dish. - 1 white onion, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
- 1 red onion, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into quarters and seeded
