Grilled Cornish Hens for Christmas

Day 5 of our Other Meats on the Grill series. Due to technical issues, we didn’t get a post up for day 4. To make up for it we have a great video to show all you grill masters how to grill up some savory Cornish Hens. This little recipe will take a few minutes of prep time per hen, 2 to 3 hours of marinade time for the dry rub, and 20 minutes of cook time. This will make a great and unique meal for your Christmas guests. It can easily be scaled from a couple of Cornish Hens up to as many as your grill can hold.

Ingredients:

  • Cornish hens
  • 2TBS Salt
  • 1 TBS Black pepper
  • 1TBS Smoked paprika
  • 1/2TBS Tyme
  • 1/2TBS Garlic powder

We hope you enjoy this recipe. Merry Christmas!

The grill masters at MyRecipes.com have a great recipe for a small gathering or several meals. The recipe says that it makes 8 servings, but my guess is that your going to like it so much that you don’t get more than 4 out of it.
