I love the taste of grilled and caramelized bell peppers and onions. Especially hot off the grill and served with a delicious grill meat. I am convinced that they go well with any grilled main dish. Oh and they are simple simple simple to make. Grill master Martha Stewart has a great recipe for grilling bell peppers and onions.

North Carolina Grilled Turkey

Day 3 of our Christmas Turkey on the Grill series. Today we are visiting the South with this recipe for a North Carolina style grilled turkey.
