  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 50 g butter
  • 6 large fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 6 large sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 large orange, quartered
  • 2 tablesp olive oil
  • salt & pepper for seasoning
