This week is our other meats on the grill series. For the kickoff, we have a recipe for goose on the grill. This is a very simple recipe and should work well for hunters as well as those who prefer to pick up their goose at a local market.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole goose – 3.5-5.5(8-12 lb) is an ideal, small-medium size
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 50 g butter
- 6 large fresh rosemary sprigs
- 6 large sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 large orange, quartered
- 2 tablesp olive oil
- salt & pepper for seasoning
